Analyzing Soil Carbon Models, Computational Methods – University of Florida

Created a combined model of two soil carbon models in Rstudio.
Calculated rate of change equations and solved for steady-state equations for the combined model to create functions.
Produced figures modeling forward runs of carbon stock over time using varying carbon input values.
Researched soil mixing, spatial variation, and soil carbon sequestration capabilities as a method of decreasing atmospheric carbon concentrations.
